We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page. Since our apparel is designed for the outdoors, many items feature a 'relaxed fit' to allow for layering. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more tailored fit or sizing up for maximum mobility.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your gear. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached to expedite your refund process.
When will my order ship and how can I track it?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your gear's journey to your doorstep.
Are Legendary Whitetails products covered by a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact our customer service team with photos of the issue.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination.
How should I care for my flannel and outerwear to prevent shrinking?
To maintain the longevity of your apparel, we recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors and tumbling dry on low heat. For our heavy-duty outerwear, air drying is recommended to preserve the integrity of the fabric and water-resistant coatings.
